a historical decision by the judges

The belgian highest court (Arbitragehof) has decided that stopping with printing our 'staatsblad' that publishes all the laws and officials decisions on paper is against the constitution because not every belgian citizen has access to the internet. This is historical because it means that all the information that is available online should also be available on paper and easy accessible. The only other alternative is to make the information accessable by teletext on tv, but that would be a huge task, although many of the stuff could be transferred to such a medium (as announcements of meetings etc....). The high priests of the e-stupidity think they can get around this decision and refuse to see the democratic value of it. Well, they have untill next year
